We aim to dispatch your order the same working day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) if we receive your order before 1pm. We aim to process quickly; orders will usually be delivered between 2-5 working days.

We use a variety of methods for delivery, including Royal Mail & Hermes. For any other delivery requests please don’t hesitate to contact us info@trippack.co.uk. UK delivery is available to UK mainland orders only. All carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so please ensure your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

 

If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within the prescribed time frame, we will contact you to inform you of the new date. If this doesn’t suit, you may cancel or obtain a refund.

UK Standard Delivery is only available in UK Mainland: England, Wales, parts of Scotland excluding Highlands & Islands. It is currently not available in the following postcodes: Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Isles of Scilly Postcodes - IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH15-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE,BT, IM, TR21-25, GY, JE​​​​

RETURN POLICY

We do our best to ensure that the products that you order are delivered to you in full and according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, or items different from the ones you ordered, or there is some other reason why you are not satisfied with the order, you may return the order, or any products included in the order, and receive a full refund for the items.

​​​​​​​Products can be returned at the customers own expense, within 14 days of original receipt and in a saleable condition. We politely ask that goods must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached. To be eligible for a refund/swap, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it and in original packaging.

All items that are returned to us as faulty will be checked and maybe sent to the manufacturer. Only items that have failed due to a fault in the manufacturing process will either be replaced, repaired or refunded. Please be aware, the specific product warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by, for example, the potential damage caused whilst travelling (e.g. airline damage), misuse, neglect or failure to follow recommended use.

Please note, that our returns policy does not cover for wear and tear. We do not cover damage caused by airlines, this needs disputing with the airline directly.
 

When returning an item, it is important to please include the following:​​​​​​​

  • NAME

  • ORDER NUMBER

  • ITEM(S) YOU WISH TO RETURN

  • REASON FOR RETURN

  • REQUIREMENTS (EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT etc)

 

Please note: You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us, unless we delivered the item in error or if the item is faulty. You are responsible for any item until it reached us. Trip Pack advises a traceable method, for example a courier. We may refund a maximum of £7.00 per item for the return of faulty goods.
